I spent years searching for the perfect planner. I finally realized I wasn't just looking for a planner—I was looking for a way to keep my heart centered on God in the middle of everyday life.
That's why I created Selah Moments.
The word Selah appears throughout the Psalms. While its exact meaning isn't known with certainty, it's often understood as a pause. As I read the Psalms, I see David pour out his fears, frustrations, and questions before God. Then comes Selah. He pauses, remembers God's faithfulness, and his perspective begins to change. His circumstances don't always change—but his heart does.
That became the heartbeat of this planner.
My prayer is that this planner becomes more than a place to organize your schedule. I hope it becomes a place where, in the middle of the carpools, the practices, the laundry, the doctor's appointments, the unanswered prayers, and the everyday moments of life, you find intentional moments to pause, reflect, and give it to God.
Because sometimes the most important thing on our schedule isn't another task to accomplish—it's taking a moment to remember that God is still in control.
Welcome to Selah Moments.
Pause. Reflect. Give it to God.
