Refund & Return Policy

Founder Edition Preorders

The 2027 Selah Moments Founder Edition Planner is offered as a preorder item.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

  • Your planner is not an in-stock item.

  • Production will begin after the Founder Campaign closes.

  • Founder Edition planners are expected to ship in late October 2026.

Order Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund through July 31, 2026, while the Founder Campaign is open.

Once production has begun, all preorder sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded, as your planner has been included in our manufacturing order.

If, for any reason, Selah Moments Studio is unable to move forward with production, all preorder customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your planner arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to replace your planner or make things right.

 

 

Returns

Because our planners are printed products and many are produced specifically for our Founder Campaign, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference

  • Used planners

Items must be unused and in their original condition to be considered for any approved return.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If your planner arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

 

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
